Project Scope: In 2018, Metro by T-Mobile underwent a significant brand transformation, evolving from its previous identity as Metro PCS. This rebranding initiative necessitated the comprehensive redesign of window graphics across their extensive network of retail locations. Our team collaborated closely with Metro by T-Mobile's Corporate Southeast Region office, responsible for overseeing as many as 243 locations in Florida alone.

Our Strategy: To manage and monitor the progress across all locations, we devised a customized tracking spreadsheet, capturing critical details such as:

  1. Unique Site Identifier
  2. Physical Address
  3. Designated Site Contact
  4. Preliminary Site Surveys for Photographic and Dimensional Data
  5. Artwork Template based on Site-Specific Requirements
  6. Client-Approved Final Artwork and Cost Estimates
  7. Scheduled Installation Dates
  8. Final Deliverables Documented and Sent to Corporate

Prior to initiating these steps, it was crucial to identify a reliable partner capable of executing window graphics installations on both a local and national scale. The partnership entailed negotiating a fixed, all-inclusive pricing structure, under contractual agreement with T-Mobile’s corporate headquarters. The pricing accounted for the use of uniform 3M material across all locations, ensuring brand consistency, as well as removal and installation costs, irrespective of geographical location.
